Day 9: Snow Storm 1 – Kitchen 0

   Not much going onward on the kitchen today.  Stella the blizzard has come to visit.  She has made the power go on and off and she has been dumping quite a bit of snow. We did put a couple of handles on the doors to see the look!  There was no going out to eat tonight.  I cooked in with my easy bake oven.  I made chicken, rice pilaf and veggies.  I pulled it off quite nicely and even made it through dish duty! Pans are a pain with tiny sinks……

   Snow Storm 1 – Kitchen 0. The predicted ‘Eric Storm’ of the year began the previous night and continued throughout the whole day. All work came to a screeching halt as we waited out the storm. I did get some cabinet handles installed so we could see what they looked like, and to be able to say that I did something. Date night was cancelled due to the storm and we ate in. Wendy prepared another culinary delight in her mini-kitchen. We enjoyed a chicken dinner and watched the season premier of Survivor ‘Game Changers’.
