Having never done a renovation of this scope, it was very helpful to work with a contractor that provided a complete design and build solution, including CAD design capabilities. The insight and recommendations that you and Wendy offered during the design process really made the final design come together. You clearly took the time to understand our style and our goals for the project.
We also really appreciated the great communication from you and your crew on a day-to-day basis, as well as your ongoing communication with us about budgets and timelines during site review meetings. We always felt very informed about changes that impacted cost or timing of the project and appreciated the updated documents you provided when things did change. There were no surprises!
Lastly, we just wanted to say how much we appreciated having you, Brett and Brian work here. Having your house turned inside-out for several months can be stressful, but the three of you really minimized the impact of the construction by keeping the job site very clean and being very mindful or noise and traffic through the house, especially on days that one of us was home during the day. We felt very comfortable having you in our house, even when we were not present, and we really enjoyed getting to know the three of you over the course of the project.
